Zucchini and Chicken

Preparation time: 10 minutes 
Cooking time: 15 minutes 

pound chicken breasts, cut into medium chunks  
12 ounces zucchini, sliced  
tablespoons olive oil
garlic cloves, minced  
2 tablespoons parmesan, grated  
tablespoon parsley, chopped   
Salt and black pepper to taste  

In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon oil, some salt and pepper and toss to coat.   Heat a pan over medium high heat, add chicken pieces, brown for 6 minutes on all sides, transfer to a plate and leave aside.
Heat the pan with the remaining oil over medium heat, add zucchini slices and garlic, stir and cook for 5 minutes.   
Return chicken pieces to pan, add parmesan on top, stir, take off heat, divide between plates and serve with some parsley on top.
