Minty Sardines Salad

ounces canned sardines in olive oil, skinless, boneless and flaked  
2 teaspoons avocado oil  
2 tablespoons mint, chopped  
A pinch of salt and black pepper  
avocado, peeled, pitted and cubed  cucumber, cubed  
tomatoes, cubed  
spring onions, chopped

In a bowl, combine the sardines with the oil and the rest of the ingredients, toss, divide into small cups and keep in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
