Mango and Spinach Bowls

1 cup baby arugula  
1 cup baby spinach, chopped  
1 mango, peeled and cubed  
1 cup strawberries, halved   
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cucumber, sliced  
1 tablespoon lime juice  
1 tablespoon tahini paste  
1 tablespoon water  

In a salad bowl, mix the arugula with the rest of the ingredients except the tahini and the water and toss.  
In a small bowl, combine the tahini with the water, whisk well, add to the salad, toss, divide into small bowls and serve for breakfast.
