Ingredients:
6 ounces canned tuna, drained and flaked
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
4 whole wheat bread slices
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 cup baby spinach
1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the tuna with the cheese, salt and pepper and stir well.
Spread the mashed avocado on the bread slices, divide the tuna mix on 2 of them, divide the spinach as well, top with the other 2 slices and serve for breakfast.
