Shrimp and Dill Mix

Preparation time: 10 minutes 
Cooking time: 10 minutes

pound shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined  
½ cup raisins  
cup spring onion, chopped  
tablespoons olive oil  
tablespoons capers, chopped   
tablespoons dill, chopped  
Salt and black pepper to the taste  

Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the onions and raisins and sauté for 2-3 minutes.  
Add the shrimp and the rest of the ingredients, toss, cook for 6 minutes more, divide between plates and serve with a side salad.
