Tuna and Cheese Bake

Preparation time: 5 minutes 
Cooking time: 15 minutes 

10 ounces canned tuna, drained and flaked
4 eggs, whisked 
½ cup feta cheese, shredded   
1 tablespoon chives, chopped  
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped   
Salt and black pepper to the taste  
3 teaspoons olive oil  

Grease a baking dish with the oil, add the tuna and the rest of the ingredients except the cheese, toss and bake at 370 degrees F for 15 minutes.  
Sprinkle the cheese on top, leave the mix aside for 5 minutes, slice and serve for breakfast.
