Shrimp and Calamari Mix



Preparation time: 10 minutes 
Cooking time: 12 minutes 
Servings:4 

Ingredients: 
pound shrimp, peeled and deveined  
Salt and black pepper to the taste  
garlic cloves, minced
tablespoon avocado oil  
½ pound calamari rings  
½ teaspoon basil, dried  
teaspoon rosemary, dried  
red onion, chopped  
cup chicken stock  
Juice of 1 lemon  
tablespoon parsley, chopped   

Directions: 
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the onion and the garlic and sauté for 4 minutes.
Add the shrimp, the calamari and the rest of the ingredients except the parsley, stir, bring to a simmer and cook for 8 minutes.  
Add the parsley, divide everything into bowls and serve.
